In April 2022 we took over the office cleaning contract at Lodge Park Business Centre, Colchester. Lodge Park Business Centre is located close to the A12/A120 Crown Interchange, Colchester. The business centre is comprised of 4 buildings offering a range of office sizes and access to their free meeting rooms. In April 2022 we successfully TUPE transferred over two operatives and through in-house recruitment we welcomed a further operative into our on-team site.
Lodge Park Business Centre underwent an expansion in early 2023 which added 68 desks, a café, a state-of-the-art gym and additional meeting spaces for their clients. Peak Commercial Cleaning now deliver upwards of 240 hours of commercial cleaning per month to Lodge Park.
In March 2023, our operations at Lodge Lane grew even further as we were awarded the cleaning contract at Arc Legal Group’s Colchester Office. Arc Legal are a specialist provider of ancillary insurance products and services delivering ‘best-in-market’ solutions. Prior to this award, Arc Legal were disappointed with the lack of communication provided by their previous cleaning contractors, further to this there was a fall in the quality of cleaning standards and a lack of management presence which led them to contact us.
At Peak Commercial Cleaning, a huge amount of importance and emphasis is placed on supervision, training, and
continued support of our staff to ensure only the best quality work is carried out by our teams. Another successful TUPE transfer was delivered which subsequently led to a significant improvement in the cleaning standards delivered at Arc Legal Groups offices.
Lastly, in April 2023 we were further awarded the cleaning contract at Origin Legal. Origin Legal are a leading legal recruitment specialist placing lawyers in legal jobs across the UK and Internationally. Their offices are also based at Lodge Lane, Colchester. The award of this contract means that Peak Commercial Cleaning Ltd now delivers office cleaning services to all 6 buildings at Lodge Lane, we have a team of 6 operatives on site daily and deliver upwards of 372 cleaning hours to the site.
