Whether it’s a corporate office, a busy business park or a healthcare setting where standards are critical, it’s the effort and attitude of our staff that make the difference. Over the past few months, we’ve recognised three team members who have gone above and beyond across our sites in Colchester, Ardleigh and Witham.
January 2026 - Emanuela
Emanuela plays a key role across our office cleaning contracts in Colchester, particularly within a large and busy business park environment.
Working across multiple office spaces, she consistently delivers a high standard of cleaning and always takes pride in the work she carries out. In environments like this, where there is constant daily use and high footfall, maintaining consistency is essential, and Emanuela does this exceptionally well.
Alongside her regular site responsibilities, she is always willing to step in and support other locations across Colchester when needed. This flexibility helps ensure that all of our office cleaning contracts continue to run smoothly, even when additional cover is required.
She is a great support to the wider team and someone we can rely on to uphold the standards we expect across every site. Her attention to detail, reliability and positive attitude have not gone unnoticed by both management and clients.
February 2026 - Katie
Katie works across a corporate office environment in Colchester, while also providing valuable support across our GP surgery cleaning contracts.
Her role requires a high level of adaptability, moving between office cleaning and healthcare environments where standards and expectations differ. Despite this, she maintains the same level of care and attention across every site she attends.
Throughout the month, Katie has stepped in across several sites when additional cover has been needed. This has helped ensure continuity of service across both office cleaning and GP surgery cleaning contracts, which is particularly important in healthcare settings where cleanliness and hygiene standards must always be met.
Alongside this, she continues to deliver a consistently high standard on her main site, always taking pride in her work and doing things properly. Katie is someone the team can rely on, and her willingness to support others makes a real difference day to day.
March 2026 - Natalia
Natalia is our on site supervisor at one of our contracts in Witham, a role she has held since the site commenced in November.
From the outset, Natalia has taken full ownership of the site, ensuring that standards are maintained and that the team is supported at all times. Under her leadership, the site has run smoothly with no issues or complaints, which is a reflection of both her organisation and her approach to managing the team.
She leads by example, regularly stepping in to assist with cleaning duties when needed, while also overseeing the day to day running of the site. This hands-on approach helps maintain consistency and ensures that expectations are always met.
Natalia is highly regarded by both her team and the client. She has created a positive working environment on site and plays a key role in maintaining the high standards we expect across all of our commercial cleaning contracts in Witham and the surrounding areas.
