Following his well-deserved promotion to Site Supervisor, we’re delighted to recognise Dennis as our Employee of the Month for July 2026.

Dennis joined Peak Commercial Cleaning in March through a TUPE transfer when we took over the cleaning contract at a GP surgery in Chelmsford. Although he’s only been part of our team for a few months, Dennis has worked at the surgery for around 20 years, giving him a huge amount of knowledge about the site and the high standards expected within a healthcare environment.

His experience has made him a fantastic person to support new members of the team. Whether it’s showing someone how things are done, answering questions or simply helping them settle in, Dennis is always happy to share his knowledge and make people feel welcome. It’s one of the many reasons we were pleased to promote him to Site Supervisor in July.

Dennis is also someone we know we can rely on. Whenever we need additional support on-site, he’s always willing to step in and help. His flexibility and positive attitude make a real difference, and he’s become an important part of keeping the site running smoothly.

One of the things that stands out most about Dennis is the way he treats people. He’s friendly, approachable and polite with everyone he meets, whether that’s fellow team members, the client or visitors to the surgery. He leads by example and has built strong relationships with those around him over the years.

The standards Dennis delivers are consistently excellent. Cleaning within a GP surgery plays an important role in creating a safe, clean and welcoming environment for patients, visitors and healthcare staff, and Dennis takes great pride in the work he does. His attention to detail and commitment to maintaining exceptional standards are clear to see every day.

Dennis’ promotion to Site Supervisor was thoroughly deserved, and we’re delighted to recognise his hard work with this month’s Employee of the Month award.
