We’re delighted to announce that Amy Kempson has been named our Employee of the Month for June 2026.

Since joining our management team full-time as Area Manager for Colchester and the surrounding areas in April, Amy has settled into the role exceptionally well. In a short space of time, she’s become a key part of the business and has made a real difference to both our team and our day-to-day operations.

Amy’s role is incredibly varied. She spends her evenings out on-site supporting our cleaning teams, carrying out quality audits and working alongside staff to make sure they have everything they need. Whether she’s helping a new starter settle in, answering questions or offering guidance on-site, Amy is always there to support the team. Building strong relationships with our staff comes naturally to Amy, and her approachable attitude has made a real difference. She’s someone people feel comfortable picking up the phone to, and that support has helped strengthen both confidence and standards across the sites she looks after.

Alongside her site visits, Amy also spends part of each day working within our operations team. From coordinating schedules to dealing with last-minute changes and helping keep the office running smoothly, she plays an important role behind the scenes as well. No two days are ever the same, but she’s always willing to get stuck in wherever she’s needed.

June was an especially busy month as we prepared for the summer holiday period. With annual leave and sickness to manage across multiple sites, Amy worked incredibly hard to make sure every shift was covered and that our clients continued to receive the reliable service they expect from Peak Commercial Cleaning.

Amy has also played an important role in recruiting new team members as the business continues to grow. She’s been involved in interviewing candidates, welcoming new starters and helping them settle into their roles. Taking the time to support people from day one has helped new employees feel confident and part of the team from the outset.

Although Amy has only been with us full-time for a few months, she’s already become an integral part of Peak Commercial Cleaning. The work she does behind the scenes often goes unseen, but it has a huge impact on our business. While our cleaners are out delivering exceptional standards for our clients, Amy is making sure they have the support they need to succeed, and that everything is running as it should.
